An interesting and challenging course which takes place in the evening during the winter months. During the course we examine the different techniques appropriate for night photography. This is a great course for getting to know your camera and for learning how to shoot manually, as shooting at night needs a different approach to daytime.

Max. group size is six delegates.

– Evaluating night images
– Using white balance overrides

– Anticipating and solving exposure problems
– Understanding why focusing problems can occur
– The available light sources at night
– Zoom and movement effects

You will need:
You need a sturdy tripod with a good tripod head that allows the camera to be positioned vertically as well as horizontally. A standard kit lens will work well for this event and it will be essential to have a spare battery.
