Optimise your EOS 80D & EOS 6D Mark II (180801W)

Wednesday 01 August 2018, 10:00 - 16:30 , Canon RCC, Hertfordshire

Optimise your EOS 80D and 6D Mark II workshopEOS 80D 6DII

Two cameras, one superb feature-set – these two EOS models are a real step-up from earlier cameras, particularly as they both adopt the more complex menu system found on some of the higher end EOS cameras. This makes the learning curve more steep, so come on this dedicated one-day workshop and get to grips with your new EOS 80D or EOS 6D Mark II camera.

You will get a short recap on the basics of photography before moving onto your camera's settings, overrides and advanced features.

You’ll learn how your camera works and will be shown how to navigate round the camera with confidence. You will find out how to make use of the powerful 45-point AF system, in-camera cropping and expanded ISO range.

By the end of the workshop you will have an in-depth understanding of your camera and how to set it up so you can take full control of your EOS photography.

Also included:

As part of your course you will receive a link to an online video tutorial. This 45-minute tutorial covers essential information you need to cover prior to attending this workshop, so you can gain maximum benefit from your tutor's instruction on the day. You will also get a comprehensive handout at the start of the class, with space for notes, which is yours to take away.

You will need:

Bring your EOS 80D or 6D Mark II, a lens, memory card and a fully charged battery.

Learn about:

– The powerful 45-point focusing system
 – Exposure and metering
 – Shooting modes and Picture Styles
 – White balance
 – Exposure compensation and AE lock
 – Navigating the menu successfully
 – Using your camera's advanced features
